Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Travel Tech Services, we strive to provide exceptional travel technology and expert destination consulting. Because our services include both digital products and personalized professional time, the following policy applies:

1. Destination Consulting & Coaching

Cancellation by Client: You may cancel your scheduled consulting session at any time. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Rescheduling: We allow a one-time rescheduling of your session at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Digital Products & App Access

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital guides, urban logic maps, or «Personal Canvas» data are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

App Subscriptions: If applicable, subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for remaining days in a month.

Destination Boutique Services

Third-Party Bookings: For services or products booked through our boutique (e.g., local tours, design products, or hotel arrangements), the refund and cancellation policies of the specific service provider will apply. Travel Tech Services acts as a facilitator and is bound by the provider’s terms.

Custom B2B Solutions

Refunds and cancellations for corporate technological implementations are governed by the specific terms outlined in your individual service agreement.
